10 orbs to summon on a banner that's nothing but 1* and 2* units?

I'd never even consider summoning on that.

I would not spend 1 orb on that. No offense to those who enjoy making their 1 and 2 star max merges, but those units have no place competitively.

If the 1*s were a special event versions of the current 5* only units then yes. If you mean the rotating free heroes there probably wouldn't be much takers unless you're making a 5*+10 Olivia or Felicia.
