new banner > hero fest?

got none of the hero fest heroes yet even though % resetted twice from very bad IV 5*. Could use Ninian and Ike seems cool but no real need for him.
0 Orbs atm and really interested in Tana and Amelia.
Should I still invest every orb I get into hero fest due to 5% or save up to get more orbs into new banner? those two seem to get S tier pretty soon xD

Go for the new banner. All the units in it are absolutely incredible, aside from Seth.
Tana is the best flier in the game. Her spread is better than Cordelia's and her legendary weapon is incredible. Guidance is also broken because it is a C skill.
Innes can beat ANY mage by baiting, which is fantastic. Bring him, and any magic user aside from dragons is worthless.
Amelia has the highest stat total in the entire game. She is a goddess.
With that said, new banner is an easy win.

I have this strange feeling that Amelia could be a game changer.... IDK why I would say that on a 34 Neutral speed armored unit......

Considering you have 0 orbs and hero fest ends in 2 days, I don't know if Hero fest is still worth it. You could get 20 orbs for a full summon/couple color snipes, but it could result in nothing and then the banner will just leave or it could result in a 5* summon right away..the possibilites are kind of unpredictable obviously.

Amelia and Tana are definitely desirable and pretty powerful. Amelia is strong just by looking at her stats and skills. Also she's green and that is going to be the dominant color due to the meta switch which is now focusing on countering blue units. The 3% starting rate is pretty unpredictable tho...I went for a yolo summon this morming and I left with a neutral Amelia from the second summoning orb, so basically anything can happen. She is also definitely going to be a 5* only even after this banner goes away, so now is the best time to try and get her. I suggest saving orbs for this banner then...although I would also be quite undecisive, just as you are.
