New Arena Mode

Can someone explain to me how the new tier in Arena (I don't get its purpose beyond giving whales a pat in the back) is gonna affect scorings?

I can still safely keep myself in T19, and I feel like the new tier it's just gonna screw those chances even more.

Tier 21 is for people that play wisely and whales. If you dont have 3 5+10 units you don't need to worry about it at all because you will never get there.

On the flip side, it'll free up space in lower tiers with a couple thousand players each week going up and going down between 20 and 21.

I think it's just a Tier 21. Everything else (except for the extra kill-points) is gonna stay the same.

I think with Tier 21 is going to be more easy to reach and maybe stay in T20, but is gonna be really dificult to reach T21.
