Does this mean we will see a new Mythic Hero in one of the upcoming banners?

Not until next month. Legendary and mythic heroes tend to be in legendary banners; this recent Hero Fest was an exception.

This month's new legendary is a given already (Eir, who's Light).

They said Eir will be returning in the Legendary banner I believe, but with the new season blessings not including light wouldn't it stand to reason a new Mythic hero would be released?

In this case would there be only a new Mythic and no new Legendary? It's hard to tell what they are going to do with this new addition.
