Personally, I'm not a fan of attempting to heal Effie while only being able to move one square at a time. It makes for a lot of difficulty just in positioning. But I might recommend, on the first set, reciprocal aid over ardent sacrifice. If Effie is really below half, she's either facing someone who's giving her a hard time or its near the end of the match and she needs a final push. Reciprocal aid might help out a lot more in that scenario.
For the second set (non-healing) with brash assault can possibly test Defiant Defense over Fury. The main reason for this is that there are few (if any) blue/green melee units that can one-shot sheena. So, if she gets pulled below half, she can bring her defense up to 43 and have substantially less damage done to her and be able to abuse brash assault much more. I've personally used this set on Beruka, who despite much lower Res, has similar other stats and had decent success outdueling all greens. Especially with Ignis doing 80% of your now buffed Defense, Defiant Defense is definitely worth considering. Its moderate risk, but decently high reward. This of course assumes Kagero is doing her job of cleaning up ranged units.
