Neutral Shanna?

I'm going to go ahead an redeem Shanna from the seals quest, but I want to know of neutral Shanna is viable. I've always wanted to use Shanna, but it's been tricky trying to figure out what stat spread I think would do her justice. So will this Shanna be great, if not what IVs should I consider?

Unfortunately, Shanna is one of those weaker heroes that are pretty dependent on good IVs to stand out. If you really want to invest in Shanna, I'd say a +spd Shanna with the firesweep lance+/luna/life and death/hit and run build is her strongest. Her attack isn't really high enough for the brave lance build, and killer/slaying lance builds with iceberg/glacies are pretty meh unless maybe if you inherit wrath from neph onto her. Her bane shouldn't really matter with a firesweep lance build since she'll be a player phase nuke (obviously except -atk, ofc)
