Neutral or +Atk -Def Hardin

I've got 3 Hardins currently, one with -atk +HP so he'll be merged but I'm having a hard time deciding on which Hardin to invest in, the Neutral nature or +Atk -Def.

Both units are gonna look good at +2 merge, but I'm torn on the nature. Thoughts? Does he perform better with less attack or defense?

If you have Warding or Steady Breath, atk is not a problem to him anymore as long as he is not -atk. Even if you don't have it, he can still do fine in 80% of the time. -Def is a bit harsh on him, he will get doubled by sword units easily and most of the time it will be a special proc on their second attack, keeping def intact is always a good idea. Overall, neutral has been the best IV imo for Hardin so I will recommend that over the other 2.
