Neutral loli mage

I recently got hnowi however She is neutral so She has so many possibility. She Can be both good with her weapon and with Blade tome.
As well her a skills and b skills She Can choose many.

Her weapon is good for warping and surprise Attack or retreat,plus has good might, and is useful for her native a skill.

Blade tome well with buffs She would kill easily i do have a flier team in her back (hinoka Just for buff,Cordelia,elincia,scorrin)

If i give her Fury every stats rise and She Can actually Tank decent magic but unless renewal her weapon will stop working,

If i give her lnd3 her res would be bad so She won't counter mage however if She Can kill Pretty bad and her Speed will be fixxed(good with ardent sacrifice)

Her native a skill well is not bad nor the best.

So which skillset i should give to her considering both of her weapon.
