Neutral IV Exalted Chrom?

I got him on my first draw immediately after my pity breaker session, so I guess it's unlucky luck. How should I build him? I'm happy with my Eldigan and Brave Roy, but I think he could have his uses.

I'd keep him. He's very useful and you don't have to worry about a boon or bane.

Fury, Chill defense and your choice of a C-slot seem pretty good already. Let him keep Aether as his special. Maybe reposition for the support skill if in Horse Emblem, Quick Riposte or Close Defense as the seal in order to play to his strengths? Just my two cents.
