Trying to figure out a good budget build that retains her Hone Fliers. She'll be part of a flier emblem team for Arena Assault. I have no Tharja to fodder, nor is the Distant Defense seal available.

go with a teleporting set of grimiore, and escape route, run fury to get in escape route range and whatever special you choose

I use a similar build, but with Renewal 3 and Noontime to help mitigate the health loss from Fury
