Is a neutral Delthea useful?

yea, she still has her super buff tome and her strong offensive stat line. You really just need a +spd seal and maybe a swift sparrow/life and death.

As someone who has a basically neutral delthea at +4 (shes +hp -def), she still does a good job in comparison compared to all my other blue mages. So yes, build her with LaD or Fury 3.
