So I've got a +hp-Res Olwen that has been on the backburners to build for a while since I had heard she is sometimes better than Reinhardt if she gets a bladetome.
She already has L&D 3 and moonbow, while getting L&D 3 off of sothe I threw her glimmer since it seems like a good fit for the high damage of a blade build. Both of her optimal builds list Luna, though personally since I wont be using dire thunder I feel like moonbow or Glimmer with the lower charge might be a better fit.
u would have to use her in a calvary team to mage glimmer worth it. olwen bladetome works due to her having a superboon in atk but a neutral ur gunna have use moonbow to get the most out of it. glimmer if she was atk boon. reason is she wont always have buffs on her 24/7 meaning glimmer loses most its damage potential whereas moonbow is less weaker but more flexible and helps with high res units
40 is very low. reinhardt has more atk and easier to get at 4 star. so olwen has to go bladetome to match reinhardt for the blue mage on ur calv team. with blade she gets 4 more MT reaching 44. with calv buff she gets to 50atk 40 spd. u would want both hone and fortify calv on her to gain 24 stat boost to boost blade damage by extra 24 damage making her hit 50-enemy res?=?+24=total damage and has decent speed to possibly double
