Neutral Alm
Alm pity-broke me last night (going for summer innes, no green orbs) and I didn't have him yet so it didn't bother me TOO much (Leo and Ayra also pity-broke me for Innes, didnt have either of them, but thats besides the point)
Is there a recommended build for a Neutral Alm? Or is he safe to run pretty much anything I want?

Neutral is never a bad stat spread. Alm should still be more than capable of running his default set.
He's still going to kill a lot of things with his refined Falchion + Death Blow. With Heavy Blade in the seal slot and Moonbow as the Special, he's going to proc his Special against most units at 100% HP.

I know that Neutral is almost never an optimal IV spread, and there will be times where it falls short. I guess the main thing I was trying to get across here is that it is a completely fine spread--good even, since most of the units are pretty strong at Neutral regardless--, especially for 5-Star exclusive units. (Much better than getting a -Atk Alm.)
Though, for units in the 3-4 Star pool or 4-5 Star pool, it is definitely better to go for better IVs than Neutral because they are much easier to summon and/or merge up.

Here's a skill set for Alm:
Falchion (Refined)
Draconic Aura/Moonbow
Reposition
Death Blow
Renewal/Windsweep
Flexible/Odd Wave Atk
+3 Atk/HeavyBlade/Panic Ploy
Imo, Heavy Blade is probably the best for +Atk Alm, but I'm pretty sure you still can use Heavy Blade at neutral. Panic ploy is great as his Hp can reach up to 48 ( with refine I think ) and that's high enough to panic ploy everyone.
