Netrual Brave Lyn worth it?

With her base skills she reaches 42 spd and 51 atk BEFORE buffs. Her c skill also has awesome utility esp for GHB. Shes the best player phase unit in CYL.

Ike is the only other unit to consider since steady breath is broken on a physical tank

I'm going to be honest: I kind of think neutral Lyn might be her best IV set. I really do. It's just the right level of attack, speed, and bulk for her. -Def means she's going to get OHKO'd by any single physical unit in the game pretty much since it's -4 to Defense. -HP is of course possible, but she's actually pretty decent at baiting mages in her default form. Obviously people will shoot for +Atk because of Brave builds, but I'm still not sold on a Brave build being her best just because taking her B skill off of her is suicide against DC physical units w/o Desperation, but it's Cancel Affinity that people want to take it off for.

So short answer is, yes, neutral IVs are fine for her.
