Nephenee fast or bulky route?

I got a +res -atk(not the worst IV since she can be really bulky)

What do you guys think I should make nephenee into?
I could go for the fast route where she can compensate the -atk with her speed so she can enemies by doubling
OR
I could go for the bulky route where she will be a tank for my other units to hide from the enemies(and with +res she can tank Magic damage decently)

I already have a build in mind for each route but try t recommend builds if you think of one.

60 magic bulk is going to fold to basically any blue mage that can double, and pretty much get 1 shot by all the green mages (Julia/Nino/Green Horse Cavs). She'll also have trouble taking on the many dragon units (Nowi, Fae, Myrrh, Grima) that plague the upper echelons of arena.
She would be pretty good at countering red mages and either of the Tikis, and will still be just as good as a normal defense tank. If you refine her Slaying Lance to +Res 68 magic bulk is probably enough to avoid getting ORKO'ed by a non-bladetome mages and should definitely live getting smacked by the mainstream dragons.
I'm not really a big fan of running her as a speedy special procing unit (especially when shes -atk already) when there are units like Ayra who could use the extra Wrath inherit while you wait around for one with better IV's.
