Need some advice for skills

Alright guys, my question is this; should I put hone armor on Arden or Effie? That's pretty simple, so I'll also ask if Brave Roy should have attack +3 SS or brash assault SS?

Personally I'd go for attack +3. Brave Roy's speed is good enough to double that he doesn't need brash assault to help him double. Attack +3 adds more damage, which is the only thing Brave Roy needs since he acts as a player phase nuke.

Who else is on the team? both Effie and Arden are offensive leaning armor units which means they would usually benefit FROM the boost to attack as opposed to being the one giving it.
