Need a reminder on Panic Ploy

Here's the situation: My unit triggers panic ploy on a opposing unit on my phase. The opposing unit is next to Delthea and will receive +6 attack on their phase. Will opposing unit have their attack buff reversed by panic ploy? Can't remember if it works that way and too lazy to look it up :p

If the ploy is active before or during a time when buffs are on a unit, they will be affected.

Even if you use a weapon like panic and they had full +6 buffs, those buffs immediately become -6 debuffs.

It doesn’t matter when it’s active, just as long as it is active. And it stays active through their next move, meaning if they make an action with said debuffs, but then get danced, they will make a move without any ploy effect in play.
