need help with my infantry team

Hello. I started playing FEH mid december so i don't have that many good units yet.

I planned to make an infantry team with Legendary Ike (Neutral IV), 5 star +1 Marisa, 5 star Ephraim (-speed +res), 4 star Nino (+speed -res)

I could also use
4 star Eirika (+speed -res)
4 star +4 Olivia (+speed -res)
4 star Sothe (+attack -res)

Basically want to know which combination I should use and what skills I should give them. I have a lot of other 4 star infantry heroes but all level 1.

Also want to know how important 5 stars are. I could make my 4 star Nino +5 Should I merge or save up 100k feathers to make them 5 stars to merge?

I also have some 5 star dragons (+Hp -Def) young tiki, (+Hp -Speed) Ninian, (+Attack -Def) +1 Fae
Should I use any of them in the infantry team? Since their move type is infantry as well.

I think your team is quite good as it is!
I´d recommend giving ike quick riposte so he always does a follow-up attack whenever he gets attacked
Don´t really know what to do with ephraim/ Marisa since I don´t have them/ haven´t built them yet
Your nino has really good ivs but +spd -hp is probably her best one so look out for that!
And I think it´s just fine if you make her 4* +5 since it´s the same as making her a five star. I´m currently on the way to make her 4* +10 and she´s really good! I think you should save those feathers for other units you might want to promote ( like that sothe, those are great ivs!)
I recommend giving her moonbow/glimmer , fury 3 and desperation :)

Ephraim would go well with death blow if you can refine his weapon, and nino wise, in the long term, I would recommend you saving feathers and merge her at 5*, also +speed -def is her best IV, not -HP
