Need help with IVs for some units (kind of new to the game started about a week ago)

This site is a great reference. Just look up your units on the heroes list. They tell you which stats are preferable and why.

You have 'married' Brave Lyn, but only have her at A support, playing with her a bit more will give you +2 Atk. She is a Neutral nature as your free CYL unit.

Every hero does have a page you can look at. On there are suggested builds, iv stats, and user stats about what people are using on said hero. Also over to the left hand side are various guides that would be helpful to look over.

Good
Brave Lyn(neutral iv)
Fae
Fjorm(neutral)

all the rest are workable(but not necessary the best)

Like previous responses, you can look at each hero's page to check out some builds, and the desired IV's. Don't think that because a hero has 'bad IV's' because the page says so that that hero is definitively bad too. Once you become more familiar with the game, you'll start to recognize certain builds. Most characters will have a build that synergizes with them, but sometimes with certain IV's other builds are better suited to them. Again, check out each hero's page, maybe go to the user submitted builds and check out some with IV's similar to yours. Chances are, if you ask more questions but with one hero at a time, you'll get more detailed responses and advice on you IV's and how to build with them.
