Need help with a horse and Flier team.

So recently I've gained and lost many members of both of these teams. Previous lynch pins of the strategies were fodder-ed such as my B! Sanaki.

for fliers i got a Hinoka (-atk, +speed) with her weapon refine
Palla (+ atk, -hp)
H! Nowi (+ spd, -hp)
A! Camilla (- spd, +def)
Subaki (+ atk, - res)
S! Innes (+spd, - def)
Myrrh (- spd, + res)
SF! Nino (+atk, - spd)

Cavalry i have (eliminating useless ones like cain)
Elise (nuetral)
Veronica (nuetral)
Sigurd (-spd, +hp)
SM! Eirika (+res, - hp)
Reinhardt (+ atk, - res)
G! Marth
Olwen (+ spd, - hp)
Ares (+atk, - hp)
B! Lyn( nuetral)

Summer Innes and the rest dont matter but if I must Nowi, Hinoka, and Myrhh

Depends on your play style. Many people prefer extremely offensive flier and cavalry teams while some prefer a more defensive play style.

Palla, Subaki, Myrrh, and probably SF!Nino would be a good team. Palla can be a pretty decent mixed tank if I recall, Subaki a physical tank, Myrrh is a mixed tank, and Nino is there to have some offensive potential.

Cavaliers, I would go with Olwen, Sigurd, and either Lyn or Veronica. Olwen can run a few builds pretty decently, and, if I recall, her resistance is pretty good. Veronica is just all around a good unit. As much as I hate her, her staff is just too good, and she offeres healing and comes with Wrathful Staff. Sigurd is just a nice unit.

Flier : Myrrh, Nino, Nowi/Camilla, Palla.
Myrrh can tank blue/green for you, palla can remove red for myrrh.
and 2 mages pretty much remove anything they see, nino is very strong, and nowi/camilla with bladetome can match nino.

cavalry : veronica, brainhardt, blyn, sigurd/ares.
pretty much standard team for cancer cav.
just add sigurd for baiting/ares for bursting with draconic aura.
