Need help with a flier emblem team?

So normally whenever I get a pity summon from a banner it's usually a flier, with the exception of some limited banners? Now the number of fliers I have that are unique and 5 stars is 16 and I still don't know how to make an efficient flier emblem team?
For clarification, I have:
A +spd -HP Palla with a Wo Dao and death blow
A -spd +res Elincia
A -atk + def NYCamilla
A -Hp +atk Catria
A -spd +atk Clair
A neutral Cordelia
A -atk + def Hinoka
A -spd +atk Shigure
A -res +spd Bridal Ninian
A -spd +Hp Morgan
A -def + atk SCorrin
Gerome
A -hp +def myrrh
A -spd +atk LRobin
A -atk + HP SKagero
I also have 4*+8 -def +atk Est
Morgan, Myrrh, and Robin are already in different teams, so any advice would help

ninian to dance around, summer corrin has nice ivs and to use blade. you can use myrrh if you want a green unit. any fourth depending on the team map

Elincia - With her res boon, and Fury 3, she has enough res to actually ploy units and deal damage with her Amiti.

Shigure - Even with a speed bane, he still reaches amazing amounts of speed with Firesweep Lance and Life and Death, or you can make him a bulkier unit with a defense-refined Harmonic Lance.

Bridal Ninian - She's a dancer, that's basically it.
or
Morgan - Excellent mage tank and can run ploys and deal devastating damage with Iceberg/Glacies.

Myrrh - Myrrh with a defense boon? She's too good to pass up.

Ok, let's suppose you want to keep Morgan, Myrrh and Robin off your flier-dedicated team.

The units that stand out to me are:
Cordelia
Clair, because you can modify her IVs with a merge
Hinoka - the atk bane is a bummer, but the spear effect is still very potent; she might be your tank, and hard to argue with hone fliers
B.Ninian: dance

Ok, we have too many blues - easy problem to run into when looking at fliers. Let's start with B.Ninian because she can dance and the +spd is quite good; take any of those three lances (I would take Hinoka because hone fliers and guidance or Cordelia because I like her personality and mergeability, plus she can run a lot of different sets including firesweep, but pick the one that you like best), and Elincia because we can't have all blues, unless you're willing to fodder the flier formation because you really hate the IVs. -spd is annoying but she has a brave weapon so you could just give her death blow, a special, a goad/fortify, and whichever positioning assist you have an excess of, and then just use her until you decide you want to stick to her long-term or promote a good IV Caeda or something. And I would look to promote a Camilla, especially if you don't go with Hinoka. That axe effect is insanely powerful, and it's good to have one tank even on a flier team in case you get backed into a corner. She has two blues covering for reds, so you don't really have to worry about that. Some people find her neither-here-nor-there with her flat statline; with the +4/+4 that her axe gives her(self), I feel like she has a very good balance that allows her to go both ways at once by exploiting flier buffs. You could go full-out tank style with DC, flier formation or QR in B, goad fliers, and Iote's shield (and I theorize that galeforce actually works in this setup because you tank a hit or two, hit back, and then when you go on the offensive you only need 1-2 more charges to finish charging it), or you can take a more balanced approach, take desperation to try for more offense after tanking a hit or two, maybe use fury. If you hate Camilla for any reason, use Cherche, but prepare your plans now in case you can't avoid tanking a blue mage (Reinhardt is rather common).
