Hi, I summoned three Legendary Robins, +Def -Atk, +Res -Def and +Spd -Atk.
Should I merge them or fodder C skill? Which one should I merge into?

The best one to merge into is either your +Res/-Def F!Grima or your +Spd/-Att. The former option means that her attack or speed isn't affected in any negative fashion, which is safer. +Spd is... fine... but the -Att still is a questionable situation.
Merging is fine, but giving away her C-Slot is not a bad idea! Just ensure to give it to someone who you know will benefit from it in great amounts!
I run a +Def -Atk myself with the base kit along with renewal and an Atk SS. With def/res buffs she's a very good ranged counter (thanks to the breath refinement) and can hold her own against most falchion-less melees as well. I prefer enemy phase builds like that so I'm quite happy with her.
If you want something a bit more offensive you could easily run that speed boon in a flier emblem and wreck face.
Since you asked about foddering I assume you have someone in mind that can use the res smoke, if so the merges probably aren't worth. But they would help offset an Atk bane, just sayin.
