Need help with Celica

I have 2 Celica and i cant figure which one to use.
+Spd-Hp and +Spd-Res
I dont know which one is better for use please help i want optimal if possible

I'd say +spd -hp is better just because she's going to be taking more hits from mages than anything. Either one of them is amazing though.
