Need help building a team around my Ryoma

I'm a fairly casual player, and I've invested heavily in fine-tuning my Ryoma to fit my play style. My team with him at first had a pretty generic Julia and Hinoka supporting each other and Elise supporting Ryoma. I'm looking to make a team using my Nowi, Brave Ike, Ninian, or Elise. My play style also heavily requires a mage.

Another thing I'm looking for is a better build for Ryoma that preferably keeps vantage, fury, and rajinto, since my strategy with him heavily relies on these skills.

TL;DR: How can I maximize efficiency with my Ryoma?

Ryoma and Nowi goes well together, one taking care of the threats the other cannot.
I mean, Ryoma may struggles a bit now that there is a lot of new faster units and burst possibility but still, it should work out.
Concerning your Ryoma, a +Spd boon is kind of mandatory, so when you can get it, be sure to merge into this one. Also, use a +Spd seal, now and even with the +Spd boon, it will help him tremendously.

For the other builds of your units, you can just refer the build of the website since it's actually pretty popular units, the build aren't far from being the best I'd say.

For the other two unit, B!Ike is indeed very solid and the good thing is that he doesn't especially require any inherance to work wonders.
Elise can do as a last unit, since your units are pretty tanky she should be able to survive most duels and get healed. You may as well refine Elise's staff into its wrathful effect so that she can act as a pseudo colorless magic nuke.

For me - Brave Ike, Nowi, Ninian, Ryoma

Ryoma: speed+3 seal since he is -spd nature. If you are lucky enough to pull a +spd or neutral speed Ryoma in future, merge them. But for now, I can see he’s your favourite character so we’ll focus on maximising his potential.

Brave Ike: Use his base kit, but change his C slot to spur speed/def to support Ryoma when in range. Alternatively any panic ploy 3 if you have access to it. If you can give him a dual rally skill from Tailtiu/Oscar/Rodrick do so. I recommend rally speed/def. Ally support him with Ryoma.

Ninian: Hard support. Her only job is to help your strong units move and attack. Give her Hone attack c slot or Fortify Dragons for Nowi and ally support them. Give her a hone speed seal for boosting.

Nowi: Refine her lightning breath for defence. Give her Quick Riposte. For her C slot a spur/Hone skill will go well.

With the ally support and spur/rally buffs you can maximise Ryoma’s speed when next to S supported Ike to 43.
