Need to build a florina and pull for cliff wowie

just pretend that silver lance +atk is her prf with the effect refine as strict enemy phase

+4 all stats on enemy phase, effective against armor if you dont know yet

i needed a blue flier and she might be it

i kinda just scrapped this together on a whim so if theres something that could be done better pls tell

Probably DC is youre willing to go premium. She has 38 Res

I think close def might work as well.
She won't be fighting archers and fighting mages might not be her priority.
