Need advice with banners.

So I finally got Elincia, with bad IV but whatever, she is still desirable. Now I need to think what will I do with orbs to come.

I kinda want to snipe for Soren/Titania or Effie(I have none of those, not even 4*), but I often see ppl talking about incoming Halloween banner and I wonder if I should start to hoarding for this, since I'm ftp?

How sure that banner is?

For what it's worth, I think outside specifically sniping for Ninian, the only banner worth pulling from right now is the Crimean one for Elinicia and Nephenee. The other units are either available at 4 stars or at best not good enough to be worth sniping for.

The Halloween banner is not a sure thing, but we haven't had a seasonal banner in a bit and it seems quite likely at lesat.
