Est is an armor slaying weapon fren.

Slaying Spear with 16 mt. Triangle attack is the refine, unit gets +3 to all stats and attacks like a Brave weapon if 2 or more fliers are within 2 spaces.

I saw the icon in the datamine for the QP refine effect. It's really interesting actually since he can pre charge specials pretty quickly.

It's definitely a nice niche for Navarre to have in order to stand out from units like Karel, Owain, and even Lyn for instance.

I gotchu, he's the first one I checked. His new sword is scarlet sword and is a 16 mt slaying edge, his special refine is quickened pulse 2, and grants him special cooldown -2 at the start of turn 1.

So, Scarlet sword + Special Spiral = Infinite 3 turn specials? Hmm if only we had a banner with special spiral and a really strong 3 turn special coming out...
