I treat them the same way, the difference is that in real life people know what jokes are and sarcasm is obvious. My coworker is a 48 year old fat black man, the other day I caught him grabbing a soda from the employee fridge and went "AAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWW SHIT HE STEALIN", and he laughed a bit and told me to shut the fuck up, to which I pulled out my phone and said "Officer requesting assistance, we have an unarmed black male", which made him laugh so hard he had to sit his fatass down for a good five minutes while giggling, because he laughed to the point where he was worried he was gonna have a heart attack. And when he finally calmed down, on his way out he said "ya'll goin' ta hell fo dat white boi".
