Mystic boost on healers?

If I put Mystic boost on a healer would it perform like Wrathful staff, but with the extra effects of mystic boost?

Not even fucking close, and i don't know why you would think that.

It said "Calculates staff damage like other weapons" or something like that, am I wrong?

The opposite actually. It negates wrathful staff
