Myrrh and Brazen?

Hey my Myrrh is +def-atk with Repositon, Aether, Fury, QR3, Hone Atk, and Res Ploy.
Might not be the strongest of my Units but I completly love her usability.
Was thinking to swap Fury with Brazen def/res from Kana to make her even stronger while outside of QR?
would another 3 atk down hurt her badly? (therefore no chipdamage)
also will Great Flame calculate the Def Threshold with her base stat or with theboosted Def through brazen?

It could work, but I personally don't like the idea of brazen qr. I also dislike fury qr but that's not what's being asked. Having -atk means you'll need the doubles to kill so to try and buff her while she's out of qr is not the greatest idea. Instead you should go for survivability. You don't really need to do anything that increases her bulk as you're +def and 39 def will activate great flame quite often. Even slap a close def seal and you'll need someone with 40 def to double her. So, if you don't have steady stance/close def fodder for the a slot, i suggest something like iote's sheild so she can actually tank fliers and stay in qr range. If fury works, then by all means keep it, but she really needs those doubles to kill.
