My thoughts on colorless hell

It's nice to see that the developers are looking into fixing this problem but let me tell you why I hate it so much. I just want Mist or Genny when their banners came around I spent time trying to get them (All I got from Genny's banner was... and All I got from Mists banner was Titania but you know as a 4 star) and I continously try for those two units but what do I get Five star Klein Five star Priscilla Four star Priscilla I've gotten about five different Priscillas a few three star Matthews and maybe Half decent unit like..... hmmm never got one. Now I kind of like Priscilla so I'm not that upset and I like Matthew and I guess Klein isnt bad but I swear I could at least get a Setsuna or SOMETHING.

is there some kind of update coming in regards to colorless summoning? I kind of missed it.

Colorless hell will become a colorless purgatory where you'll have a 99% chance to get a healer. That's my guess.

But honestly I also haven't seen anything about presumed summoning changes.

The devs were interviewed. One of the topics was colorless hell, and they said they would look into this problem.

Well you can't pull anything even barely useful in colorless hell ...
There are SO many shitty healers with no useful SI whatsoever, that you just spend orbs to draw dozens of wrys', serras, lachesis' ...

Sometimes you might be blessed with a Matthew (for hone speed), a Gordin (for BB+ or Atk +3) or a decent IVed Priscilla ... But still. Nothing much to save.

The good greys are just so rare to get

Don't knock 5* Klein, he can be a total beast with the right IVs, and with the wrong ones, he's great Brave Bow or Quick Riposte 3 fodder. And I'd gladly give you one of my ten Setsunas if I could. But I'm with you on the million 3* Matthews and lack of Genny. Not to mention eleventy thousand of Virion and Clarine and Wrys, although at least Wrys is useful for SI (put Wrys' skills on a healer with better stats and you can end up with an actually decent healer). Still overall a pain though. Stupid colorless hell.
