My Sigurd IVs?

After I finally pulled my first Nephenee on the Hero Fest banner, I decided to go for the two reds in the session and got a +ATK, -HP Sigurd. I know +ATK is his best boon for general builds, but is HP his best bane in this regard? I'll still use him since my other two Sigurds are -ATK.
