My owain build,what do you think of it?

After a unexpected owain(I was trying for another loki for OAW 3 fodder) I decided to build him and use him in forging bonds instead of just letting him go to waste.

This build I was focused on using his res to his advantage.

It's a basic build and I don't plan on trying to
get another one.
