I've been getting a few Libra's now, and it seems like I'll never get more Hawkeye's, so I might make a Libra merge project, I've been wanting to use Legion's Axe and the new Halloween axe.

35 res isn't much of a difference, but most units who are 40+ spd use res as a dump stat, except for a few mages, so its actually a pretty decent tech.

Why are people being so anal about Ploying? lol. Anything above 30 does it. A lot of Arena-relevant threats get Ployed, and it's not like I need to Spd Ploy any of Wendy, Sheena or Effie (whom gets like 13+ off invisible Res). Even a Fury Nino still only has that much.

It's just a thing, there's no rhyme nor reason to it.

I can't use a Ploy on a unit that has less than 33 resistance (not counting merges) and I can't use Panic Ploy on a unit with less than 50 HP. Why? Because I just refuse to do so.

Exactly, I'm not sure what you're reasoning of the specific 33 benchmark is. The only character at the top of my head is +10 Fury Nino... prominent characters like most armours (bar the aforementioned), Ayra, Soleil and many others just get Ployed.

I haven’t built him up still waiting for 220,000 feathers and 8 copies I like to do it at once
Before I knew what merging was I foddered like a bunch of seth’s cause I thought he sucked and now I have none lol 😂
I’m going to invest in him pretty heavily though thinking of going mixed phase since I got ares for full offensive and sigurd for pure defensive

Something like that with full +6 to each stat should be like Winter Lissa but on a horse and +40 Spd

I find it kind of pointless to wait that long...just use the character and not have to wait like half a year or more to get all copies. I could barely stand having a +2 Res superbane Libra, which is why I desperately wanted more.

It's not a bad set. Though, I'd personally opt for more Spd (namely, his refine) so as to not be heavily dependent on every buff. At least with something like that, he might be able to get away with little a Fortify.

I’m actually waiting for his weapon refine which should be pretty soon honestly I’m
Pretty stacked with my 5* and I managed to grab a +Atk Lewyn who is easily my top ten favorite character in the series so I’m enjoying using him.
If Seth art was better I would instantly 5* and use him but I’m pretty content with waiting
I’ll probably have a couple builds for him when I fully built him up
