According to my understanding of the odds: theoretically your chance to pull either focus unit is 1.5% on this banner, which is the best rate of any banner in the history of this game - even better than Hero Fest, which was 1.25% per focus unit.
Legendary banners have a very bad rate to get a specific unit, since 8%/12 is only 0.67% (rounded).

Don't quote me on this though, I'm not a math friend lol.

3%+3% is 6%...
god knows why you would be happy with 'any of the 12' from a legendary banner though

8% is if you pull all 4 colours. If you pull only green and blue on this banner, the 5* rate will actually be quite comparable if not higher than on a legendary banner.

But there's a key difference between liking both focus units here and liking 12/12 on a legendary banner. If you're going for 12/12 on a legendary banner, you can pull full rounds, which decreases the number of orbs per pull, so you probably end up getting slightly better value that way.
