my main team ok?

after a year of messing around building every unit i get i finally started to settle on a team
ayra+1 spd+ res-
PA! azura+2 atk- spd+
genny+1 atk+ def-
and for my 4th i was thinking either fjorm+1 atk+ res- or nowi spd+res-
fjorm would give whole team +3 spd
or should i just use my felicia+10 atk+ def-

Yeah, seems fine. Fjorm and Nowi would be great to have all colours, but Felicia is good too, especially if she's +10.
If you want to get into higher tiers in arena/arena assault, you might want to use units that are easier to merge later on.

Nowi is definitely the best option for the 4th unit to have all colors and as a general tank and archer counter, and you'll probably be able to merge her fairly easily. If you can't afford steady breath for her optimal build, fury and a speed refine will make her really hard to double, and you'd probably want to use qr seal and renewal along with that. I don't know your builds, but I would assume you'll do just fine with this team.
