Out of 10 orbs and a free summon, I got a +Def, -HP Laegjarn and a +Atk, -Res Helbindi.
Are These IVs good?
If not, tell me one of the best IVs,
If so, give me a build, because I will use these Muspell units, Including Laevatein.
Laegjarn yes that is a good IV, helbindi though IMO it's not a good IV cause if you look at his IV spread he is built to tank, yes the +def is good but he also have high res so that -res will hurt his tanking ability.
for Laegjarn it's +atk/spd/def and -hp/res. For helbindi it's any boon(though go for +atk for killing power or +def/res for tanking and/or ploying capability) and -spd.

First off, look at their stats instead of the IVs and go from there.
Secondly, the site tells you what some people consider the more "Desired" IVs. There's generally multiple good types of IVs and can't really be debated on what's best if we really wanted to get technical about this.
Lastly, the site gives you builds to use on these units. People have already made builds for these units for when they were going to be released.
