Is my Loki viable?

With one summon I got Loki but her ivs are +Hp -Spd and I was wondering if maybe she's kinda viable or I should use her for fodder

Yes. +HP allows Loki to Gravity Ploy better. You should really read the descriptions of her skills and weapon it'll help you out a lot.

Staves, especially if you can afford going the Wrazzle-Dazzle route, don't rely on having a good IV set, since they are not usually taking damage nor doing much damage. Yeah, -spd sucks, but +HP works really well with her weapon's effect if you wanna go a more supportive route. Otherwise she's pretty good fodder.

Depending on the mode you would like to use her for, you might not make a good use of her. For instance, regardless of the fact that she is +Hp, she won't be able to ploy anything in Arena. But she might still be useful in other modes.

To be honest, she is fodder for colorless infantry units you want to add to your arena core. If you don't care about pvp, then she has a nice wave skill.

Uhm... she has, what, 45 base HP with an HP boon? She can hit units like Nino, and let's not forget that HP is a relatively agreed upon stat by a lot of the community that can be dumped.

Yeah she'll have no problem ploying in arena. She comes with a +5 HP too which boosts it to 50 before any other support. If anything the only thing you can't ploy without heavy support would be abyssal maps.

Taking into account the popular HP bane, your argument gains in validity yeah. I admit I didn't think about this. But arena is still mostly melee units. My point is probably still more relevant than yours: she won't ploy much in arena.

I mostly play pve and a bit of pvp but just for relaxing so I don't have any core team, I mostly play arena with a team of units I like to play at the moment

She's gonna be great then. But her staff is tricky so I'll explain it so you know how to use it. Anyone with 3 or less health than you in a vertical/horizontal line will only be able to move one space.it applies at the start/end of each turn, not during.

That actually presents somewhat of an issue. PvE units have a tendency to have absurdly inflated amounts of HP, like, 55HP on a squishy mage. So the gravity effect is going to be hard to inflict.

However, she's very strong as a healer and as backup offense in a pinch so I definitely recommend using her. I don't think she's especially that great as fodder anyways - duel skills aren't worth it at the moment, and atk wave isn't gold.
