Is my game silently rigged?

I just summoned blyn from the CYL banner. Only this morning i summoned a 4 star reinhardt, and yestersay, an Azura. I also got Cordelia and Lukas from this banner too. This has been the luckiest summoning banner ever. I don't know if my game is rigged or hacked (extremely unlikely, just a joke basically), but i feel like this banner has made me proud.

In all seriousness, my Blyn has pretty neutral IVs which have little effect in battle (-HP +Def) so i will level her up, since the chance of me getting another one is EXTREMELY slim. Regardless, is her default skillset good enough or can i use other units to give her better skills?

igboring the people building Quad-Delia on a horse, Lyn's default set is amazing because Mulagir bypasses so many meta mage threats. At best, Fury gives her better speed for the bait because 38 (Mulagir) means 43 speed can double her and people like Nino, Linde and Thajra can hit that without buffs reasonably well.

Her resistance is great, but she relies on being hit by buff denied mages once, not twice.

Dont waste your lyn with brave memes, mulagir is far superior as her waepon.
Just yesterday i had my arena run screwed over cause my nino couldn't one round lyn, since she ignored my quadbuffs.
Before that nino killed 3 lyns with brave bow, no sweat.

Got Brave Ike, 5 star Effie, 5 star Abel, and a bunch of good IV'd 4 stars with my F2P orbs. But no Lucina or Lyn... Which is specifically what I was summoning for and wanting.

As for your question, I think her default kit is the best one out of all of them. You can choose to build the other ones (Brave Bow, Firesweep, Clarrise's Bow) since, as you said, your Lyn basically has neutral IVs, but it's not needed since her default kit is insane and it'll just be something you do if you really want to use one the other builds over her default one.

I got one Brave Hero in over 400 orbs. But you know what I did get?

A 5 star Male Corrin.

Her base kit is great already, eventually if you are gonna play her on horse emblem you can change the C if you want (but atk smoke is realy nice, it depend what you want).

I also got pretty lucky on this banner I got B!Lucina, B!Roy, Luke and Katarina (terrible IVs so i'll use her as swift sparrow's fodder). I spent somewhere around 300+ orbs tho.The only thing I'm a bit disapointed is that I didn't get B!Ike which is the one I wanted most out of all the brave character ( my free summon went to Lyn to avoid colorless summons and I tought i'll have time to get ike but apparently not :/)

What about their IVs, though?

Well, Lyn is an example of unit that only needs a reposition (from Selena) to be better.

or if you didn't like her atk smoke, you can swap it for threaten def/speed.
