my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined

Hey! It's a me, the guy who gets salty everytime he gets a pitybreaker instead of a waifu.

At least this time is justified. I got a Saber shooting for Summer Camilla. I'm at least slightly less salty now since we have a TT+ coming up, which gives me about 8 chances at S!Camilla. Is anything about Saber worth using? I kind of wanted HP/Spd 2 a while back but looking back, I don't have any units that really want it over something else.

PS: Why does S!Camilla's page say "Resistance is Camilla’s weakest stat and the best bane that he can receive..."

Nothing wrong with futas, but...

Saber can have a different kind of play style that most people don't like (or even know exists).

He has Shield Pulse, allowing him to tank much better with skills like Pavise. Here's one build I was thinking of using if I ever did get him. :P

I prefer the shield pulse stuff on Raven, who actually leverages the percentage a lot better and retains very solid player phase potential.

That said, this build is virtually indestructible against melee threats, including stuff like Regnal Astra / Black Luna / bold fighter slaying weapon ignis, with the downside of being very passive and unlikely to kill much

Yeah, that's the thing about Saber, he has a very passive style of play, which is not something a lot of people can really get with.

I wouldn't say Saber is good I'm just gonna say he's ok but I've gotten a S!Camilla on my Free summon and I would go for hp- and Atk+ or spd+

Saber is the feh equivalent of a Swiss Army knife. Depending on his nature, he could fulfill just about any role, passive or aggressive. To say he’s not useful would be false. But if you want to get rid of him, slaying edge and shield pulse are the skills to take from him.

Saber has two worthwhile skills for SI: Shield Pulse and Slaying Edge+. If you don't want him, fodder him for one of these.

Saber isn't a bad unit by any means and during my echoes playthrough he was my favorite unit to use because of his character but also because he could kill anything with ease. So when I summoned him in heroes I was happy but he just wasn't as good as the other sword units already in the game plus mine is minus attack. So if he was a 4 star unit I would +10 him in a heartbeat because his skills like shield pulse are great and different. He's one of many units that shouldn't be 5 star exclusive imo.
