My Cordelia needs your help

I have a Cordelia SPD+/DEF- which I'm usually using with a Dancer (Olivia with spur attack 3 (grants ATK+4) in that case).

It's all about triggering Galeforce...

Right now she is running:
Brave Lance+
Darting Blow
Pass 3
Threaten Def 3
Speed +3 Seal

...so going all in on Speed (as her nature recommends).

Now I'm thinking of giving her Death Blow 3 and the Heavy Blade Seal instead...so switching to ATK.

The odd 5 cooldown is the problem...Quickened Pulse usually is on my Broy (but could be switched for certain tasks). Having a Dancer with her gives her a chance, but she needs at least one extra cooldown tick.

Does the speed built or the attack built give her better chance and is there a way of using the B-Slot to her advantage (I'm aware of her C-Skill being needed to have Threaten SPD/ATK respectively)?

Also: I don't have Spur Speed 3 available for Olivia right now...Should I rather go with Spur ATK 3 or Spur SPD 2 on the current speedy Cordelia built (if I stick with that)?

BTW: Using the Magic-Def Seal on the speedy Cordelia seems to be an option too...just let her take a Magical Hit (RES 25 may not be enough, right? And there may be no Mages around ^^) and then go berserk. What do you think?

I don't really have that much knowledge on whether or not Cordelia will do well with her Brave Lance+ paired with Galeforce. However, I can tell you that she is quite effective when given a FireSweep Lance+
Here is my build for my Cordelia:

Cordelia (+Spd,-Def)
A-Slot : Death Blow 3
B-Slot : Hit & Run
C-Slot : Fortify Fliers
S-Slot : Heavy Blade 3

She has no problems activating her special when I pair her up with my Airzura, who provides the Hone Flier buff and Sing.
However, since if you are not getting Speed buffs for your Cordelia, you could probably keep your Darting Blow 3 on her. I chose to use FireSweep Lance+ because of her low defense. Before, my Cordelia had trouble with certain builds of Black Knight, but with FireSweep, not anymore.
( After hesitating for a bit, I remembered that you still need that high attack for her Heavy Blade 3 to work. So, instead of Darting Blow, maybe consider Life and Death. It's kind of tough for this set to work without Flier buffs.)

Here's my Cordelia, a +Atk -Def, like you I also run her with an Olivia that boosts her attack further with Hone Attack. With this build and a single dance she can delete three units in a single turn depending on the team comp.

Since you seem hesitant about giving your Cordelia Quickened Pulse, I would recommend giving her Heavy Blade and either Life and Death or Death Blow to boost her attack as much as possible. With either of these skills and a boost from Olivia her attack should have a decent chance of activating Heavy Blade.

As far as B skills go, you should give her one that compliments her A skill, since you're focused on speed at the moment, Desperation would help her nicely especially when combined with Threaten Speed. Drag back also deserves an honorable mention as it allows Cordelia to occasionally retreat out of danger.
