Is my Celica worth building?

I pulled a -SPD +ATK Celica I’m wondering what you all would give her to make her the most powerful. Or should I just wait for a better IV Celica and fodder this one? I don’t intend on merging her in the future.

Don’t fodder her off if you don’t have a nuking red mage like Lilina. You need to fodder Fury 3 (or Brazen Atk/Spd 3 if you can get her down to desperation threshold) for her A skill, Desperation for her B skill, and Atk/Spd Wave skill for C (if you don’t have any wave skill fodder, her c is flexible).

Celica even at -Spd is still extremely strong because of her refinement giving Atk/Spd +5 and then Atk/Spd +7 when at Brazen range. This kit can allow her to reach desperation in 1 combat because she takes 11 damage from fury and Ragnarok.

Thanks for the info! I actually do have a -DEF +ATK Lilina and I probably should merge her just to maximize her potential.

I have to say, Celica nuclear potential with triple Brazens is INSANE!
A few days ago, I run against a Celica on Aether raids, and I got jebaited so hard, I stepped onto a bolt trap and that proc the triple brazen on her, and the disaster was done!
So, if you want to have a little fun with her, I think its worth, even if she is - SPD. Or, if you have any unit worth giving Distant Defense, like dragons (But most of the people prefer to use Breath skills), you can do that.
