My Camilla's IV conundrum

I recently got my first 5* character which happened to be Camilla. I found that her IV was: -Atk/+Res. Just looking at her final stats, her Atk is embarassingly low but she seems extremely tanky to both physical and magical attacks. I am wondering how detrimental will it be in the long run and what characters may compliment her?
In my head, my team will be Felicia, Olivia and Serra. Felicia will provide the much needed defense debuff to the enemy and a small AOE heal. Olivia can provide atk+4 and dance. Serra can provide the +15 heal, atk+4, and occasional speed+4.
My question is, how good/bad is my Camilla, and what characters compliment her?

P.S. I also have a 4* Camilla with an IV of +HP/-Def. Am I better off upgrading my 4* Camilla to 5*?

Camilla(s) are too easily defeated by the common Metas it would be wise to save your 20k feathers for something better.

You might already have one in your party roster ;).

-Attack isn't too bad; it's certainly better than -speed. With Camilla you just need her to be able to one shot blues which is primarily dependent on getting 4 attacks instead of 2. +res -atk seems usable to me. She does have a lot of weaknesses; you have to be pretty careful with her because despite her relative bulkiness she's very weak to a lot of heroes.
