Is my -ATK/+DEF Minerva Salvageable/Usable?

I was doing my first summon for the new Branded Hero banner, and on my first pull, I got four colorless and one green. Pulling for the green, I got Minerva. Unfortunately, she's -ATK. Is there anything I could to to make her viable, or should I rather 5 Star Michalis, or fodder her off?

God no, 28 Atk before any skills is horrible; At least she was free....??

I would use it with ignis, fortress defense, and b and c skills along with Seal depend on your team or preference

Ye shes still good with her weapon effect. Thats thanks to her acceptable spd giving her both bulk and offesive power. She def wont mind the -atk on flier emblem.

Shes good with moonbow as it lets her be a mixed phase unit. She can both bait and initiate. Her niche over michalis is that she has a better offensive presense, esp if she doubles a unit with monbow already charged for double moonbows, which is hard to survive.

-atk +hp myself, practically same ivs except more magical bulk
