just something i noticed while leveling my Catria is that if more than one unit has the same amount of res as another unit (low enough for muninn/huginn to activate), then the debuff can actually affect more than one target.

i'd imagine this situation probably incredibly rare anyway but does anyone know if the chill skills work this way as well?

Ye they all work the same. If two or more units have the same stat....these kinds of effects go off for all of them.

And also....hones (visible buffs) are taken into account for these types of skills/effects

Yes they do. I was using my mounted chrom with chill def and sword valour to train some of my sword units. On the Special Training: Magic map where all the enemy units are armoured units that have identical stats, chrom debuffed all their defenses.

Fellow Catria user here. Yes, I saw it in arena when her Chill Res procced on two opponents at once.
