Mounted wrathful healer

I have a spare Genny, and I know I want to give wrathful staff to a mounter healer. What are the pros/cons of Elise v Priscilla? At the moment, I have no Elise, but I do have a 4*+4 +Atk/-Res Priscilla (and 20k feathers to 5* her since I like gold borders)

In my opinion, Elise is definitely the better one. Comparing Raw stats, the only thing Priscilla has over Elise is Hp, otherwise Elise is just better. However, considering that you don't have an Elise already and lord only know the next time she'll be focus (I think the only time she's been focus was Prince vs. Princess voting gauntlet) it would be fine to just 5* Priscilla, as she is still good, especially with your IVs. And honestly, if you decide to put her on a Cavalry team then after a hone and a goad or two, the difference is really minimal.

Pretty much this. If you can, I'd just merge her further as a 4 star. A 4* at +5 merge is the equivalent in stats of a 5 star unmerged. If you upgrade her, you'll lose the merges anyways so you might as well save the feathers and merge her once more.
