Mostly F2P; What to do with spare Hone Fliers?

I have a flier team of Hinoka (neutral), Spring Camilla (+def -hp), Cherche (+atk -res), and Elincia (+hp -atk). I just pulled a +def -atk Hinoka so obviously I'm not gonna merge my neutral into her to getting better ivs. Elincia has Fortify Fliers while the green fliers both have Goad. I think my best course of action is to give someone Hone Fliers.

I do have a +spd -def 4* Cordelia I could make into a better stat arrangement Hinoka, but after all I've invested into Hinoka I'm a bit hesitant. Additionally I have a bunch of other units I want to put in priority feather wise. With Black Knight coming I want to get my Effie to 5* (I have Hector and 5* Sheena with her for armor emblem) and I also want to upgrade Eirika so she can get Seiglinde for support purposes.

Do I put Hone Fliers one one of my current Flier Emblem team members, or do I start investing to make a Cordelia to replace Hinoka?

A +Spd Cordelia, or even +Atk is exlicitly superior to Hinoka as a Brave Lance user, quad or not so I'd say let her replace your Hinoka for the team. You basically lost 3 defense for 3 more speed over the 5-star exclusive flier at neutral, or in your case, 6 for 6. If made a quad, giving her L&D will set her at 38 speed to quad with a power of 48 unbuffed.

She would normally be frail as a result, but Fortify Fliers would actually end her at 20 defense and 26 resistance with plenty of speed and HP to ensure she need only withstand 1 attack and she'll do just that against anything not green.

Okay, so I'll stick to using my neutral Hinoka until Cordelia is ready to replace her. I actually have a worst possible IVs Jaffar sitting around waiting to be sacrificed for his L&D so that's actually a reasonable skill for her to get. I'll 5* her after Effie but before Eirika (she's just for an excessive 8th team anyway).

Fill a vault with them, dive in and swim around like Scrooge McDuck.

Bonus: The tears of those who have never seen a Hinoka help lubricate your pool
