Most? I'll have to say Ninian then. She's my first dancer and has been on every core team I made even though she isn't my fav.

PvE Maps? She's there with Lynhardt and PA!Azura.

Arena? She..oh. She's out. I feel sorry for her now. :( She was there until PA!Azura replaced her.

B!lyn is my default answer to everything. When I started playing a few months back I really wanted to pull a F!Grima from the legendary banner that was running at the time. Finally got one (later found out she's -atk. doh!) but in the process pulled 4 brave lyns. Didn't know any better at the time and merged all 4 onto the neutral freebie lyn without even looking at IVs >.< still so mad at myself for that.

But yeah, she's my crutch. Even more stupid now that I got a firesweep bow for her

LA!Roy and LA!Lilina for Abyssal LHBs (I've used them to clear every single one of them.) and some other difficult content.

Hana, Nino, Nowi, and Effie to clear almost everything else.

Avoiding Cavalry and Armour (I haven't even bothered trying with the Abyssal maps yet) Flying Nino usually gets me over the line if I'm struggling with something

Probably AirZura in genenral. (For offense it's probably a tie with Zegius, L!Hector & Reinhardt.) It would be cool if he had a 'deploy count' to show how often a hero has been used.

My fully built Brave Bow, DB4, Bold Fighter Jakob soloed every single abyssal for me with dancers and he cleans maps up! I also use L!Tiki with him when he has trouble and she enemy phases the whole team.
