Morgan (F) +HP -Res salvageable?

So I've finally managed to pull a Morgan (F) and I've checked that her IVs are +HP and -Res which I'm curious if she's still good even with said IVs. Got any tips?

She's still good at least it it'snt -atk.

with +hp she'll still be able to tank hits from mages since her kit proves that but the ploy skill she has will be less effective so I recommend to change it to a buffer skill.
