Morgan (F)

I finally summoned that absolute troll of a daughter that is Morgan (even tho i wasn't really expecting her). She has completely neutral IVs so what build should i go for? I was thinking a Blarblade+ one since i'm positive she'll take a spot on my Flier Emblem

I'd say the bikini clad Camilla and Corrin can run a blade set better due to their much higher speed but if you're lacking them, or love Morgan and want her to nuke, then she can definitely fill that role.

Blarblade+, Drag Back, Glimmer/Iceberg, Death Blow, Vantage/Chill, flier buff/ploy is what I'd suggest. Vantage makes it hard for any ranged unit to attack her when she's got it and a fully buffed tome active.

Another option is to make her a magic soak with Blarserpent+ (Res), Drag Back, Iceberg, Mirror Stance, Quick Riposte, flier buff/ploy, Distant Defense seal. Even with Iote's Shield there's little chance of survival against good archers so she should focus on mage tanking.
